oshun55 Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 Hi. I'm a WHCMS newbie, so forgive me if I'm missing something. After I edited the contents of the Hosting Welcome email, I clicked "Save changes" and the contents weren't there after I reopened. Thought it was my fault, but after restoring default text (pasting from sql file), and repeating all the editing work, it happened again. I logged out, checked in two browsers - latest FF and Chrome-- nothing. Just a blank email. I edited using copy and past from Text Edit, and within text area field. Didn't put anything fancy.
