wrong terminate date

hi

we have a problem with my products.

when cron started some of my products like some of VPS has been terminated

but the invoice has been paid and next due data later

i dont know the product has been terminated when cron running

 

for solving the problem we are disable terminatation but the problem dont resolve.

how can i solve this problem
