Residential Solution?

Hi

 

I am deliberating this solution for a residential prepaid solution. All looks ok, but I cannot see any details on how a client would access the solution in order to purchase prepaid voice minutes. Is this a simple interface for the client and properly automated. ( I understand the payment gateway section and that is fine). It is just the automated payment interface.

 

Seems they must select a service which on needs to create for them??? I need an intuitive interface that is REALLY simple and a client can click once or twice, add their credit card and be able to make calls. This client is a single extension only and and therefore must only be able to buy minutes and nothing else....
