wiwebhost
Hi all... running newly upgraded v3.4.0 I've set up some packages for upgrading in admin... however... When you click the button to upgrade from the client area... you get the header and then a drop down box to choose the language... and nothing else.... Is there something I'm stupidly not seeing or doing? I had the same issue just before the upgrade from 3.3.0, so I thought maybe it would correct itself in the upgrade, but alas.. no. Thanks for the help! Dusty
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted October 9, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted October 9, 2007 From your description, it sounds like you might be missing the upgrade template files in a custom template folder. Matt
wiwebhost
Yep... once again... my ignorance. I used to say "there's no such thing as a stupid question". I don't say that anymore... the stupid questions are just the easiest to answer.... Thanks again Matt...
wiwebhost
One other question regarding upgrades... When an upgrade order is accepted.... is that supposed to automatically do the upgrade on the server???? I just accepted an upgrade and it did nothing on the server, and it still shows the user's account at the old details. Thanks! Edit: Does it have to do with the upgrade being "unpaid"? Once the payment is made, it must adjust the account accordingly on the server......

Thanks again all.. Dusty
