Revolution Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 Is it just me or am I really blind? I have tested the demo along with my own admin panel and the live ticket status does not show. I have tested with 2 different admins at the same time to test if an admin is responding to a ticket showed if another admin is already on it, but nothing. JofleyUK Posted October 9, 2007 Share Posted October 9, 2007 Have you gave the 2 admins the rights to see the tickets in the CONFIGURATION > Manage Administrators. There will be a check box for the support departments, make sure they are checked.
