Kirill Posted March 2, 2015 Share Posted March 2, 2015 Hello, We have noted that if some invoice is partially paid from credit balance and then it gets cancelled no refund is issued. Even more, refund can't be done manually. Refund feature just shows that no transactions were performed so no refund can be done. Is it a bug or just misconfiguration? Kailash Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 No, it is not a bug. It is expected behavior. If the invoice is partially paid using credit, there should not be any refund option.
