Removing NS1 Prefix and NS2 Prefix title from configure server

I was able to hide the NS1 prefix and NS2 prefix boxes with a type="Hidden" but the title is still there along with the table. How do I remove the title altogether? See screen shot of the area I want removed.

 

I used the following code to hide the prefix boxes and root password area:

 

<input type="hidden" value="NA" name="ns1prefix" size="10" />

<input type="hidden" value="NA" name="ns2prefix" size="10" />

<input type="hidden" value="NA" name="rootpw" size="20" />

 

Any help would be appreciated.

nevermind I was edited the wrong template file. The above code works just fine.
