wrender Posted February 11, 2015 Share Posted February 11, 2015 We want to setup a product called "Purchase a support incident" so clients can purchase support. Currently I have a product setup for this as one-time, and with "other" set as the product type, but it shows up in their client area after they have purchased this product. Is there a way to hide this in their client area? Or, maybe we should be looking at another ecommerce solution for selling other products beside web hosting.
