paypal optional account

Hello,

I have very obscure problem with paypal gateway (the name of the gateway is "PayPal"). When I click on my invoice and paypal checkout which redirects me to the paypal there is option pay with my paypal account or "Create a Paypal Account" which forces me to create a paypal account instead of letting me pay with credit card without signing to paypal. But if I change the country (Czech republic) to the United states it allows me to pay "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit". This problem is also for other countries like Israel etc.

Now the thing is that when I'm using the exact same API paypal credentials to one of my old paypal gateway implementation on my site (not whmcs) I'm not experience this problem for any country - I'm just able to pay with credit card without need to sign in.

I have tried the support whmcs if they knows about this something but they don't so I'm leaved alone currently. I'm also trying to google something and I found this:

In your SetExpressCheckout request you can set SOLUTIONTYPE=Sole and LANDINGPAGE=Billing. This will force the full credit card option along with the PayPal login option no matter what previous cookies have been set.

But I'm not using this on my expresscheckout API which I'm using in my old scripts and it still works.

Any hint are really appreciated.
