Ok, reading through the posts here and glad to see all the positive feedback. I too am becoming to hate the MB experience and I have used it for several years now.
From all of you who have moved over, are there or is there any import scripts that will pull in your information from MB so as not to miss a beat? If not, any recommendations on the best course to migrate from MB to WHMCS?
Extremely tired of F**king with MB for weeks to just get it to work. Moving from version 4 to version 5 in MB and on day 5 of installing and configuring and still can't get that bloated software to accept an order from its order form.
Tell me WHMCS isn't that hard to setup and run.
I need the following to work for our hosting services to grow:
1. integration to include provisioning with Plesk 7.5.4 and eventually 8+
2. integration with eNom
3. integration with Kayako, unless the internal support desk is good
Hell, all the things every host wants, but the one thing is a smooth client experience and signup process.
Starting to rant. Any feedback anyone would care to share would help us greatly in our decision to choose WHMCS. Thanks in advance.
