Tickets from pop account issues

Hello all,

 

Im having problems, When i goto mydomain.co.uk/whmcs/pipe/pop.php i get the following message displayed in my web browser.

 

POP Import Log
Date: 07/10/2007 03:00:43Host: pop.mydomain.co.uk
Email: [email]support@mydomain.co.uk[/email]

 

Nether does it fetch the mail from the pop mail account and it does not create a ticket and it dont send me an email ether

 

Any ideas?

Ok now im getting this

Email Count: 2

 

i refresh the page and then get this

Email: [email]support@mydomain.co.uk[/email]
Email Count: 0

 

So i take it its kinda working but the email dont reach the ticket system in my WHMCS? any ideas?
