What is the ID verification?

 

We introduced two identity verification levels:

 

Verification Level 1 is useful for the validation of orders over 90 euros: If you have placed an order over 90 euros for domain names and / or accommodation (s) shared web and you are not a client checked level 1, then the command will not be automatically validated and will be analyzed manually by our anti-fraud service which will decide the action taken. On your order confirmation time can then reach 72 hours.

Level 2 verification is essential to validate commands for SMS services, dedicated servers, and backup solutions / online storage. This check is also required to access the options of Dedicated Servers (Firewall setting, Vpn etc). You can not access these services and options if you are not a customer checked Level 2.

How to perform identity verification?

 

Verification process Level 1:

 

Enter your phone number and click the send button

You will receive a few minutes after a code on your mobile

Enter the code received in the window provided for this purpose

Verification process Level 2:

 

Click the "Start verification request level 2"

Open the email that was sent to you

Download your ID IMPORTANT: We accept .jpg and .pdf files. You can scan or photograph your ID card, passport or driving license. The uploaded file should be clear, legible, unexpired, and must appear photograph.
