Hi

 

I can do a hook_add('ClientEdit' for the emailoptout value changes which sync the settings to other system.

 

but it does not working when ppl click the unsubscribe.php from Email directly.

 

is there a hook I can put for unsubscribe.php as well? or I need edit the unsubscribe.php which seems not good.
