PowerChaos Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 hi, i was wondering if it would be possible to assign a custom variable to the text that it shows in the ticket reply example staff admin Staff date ----- your reply i want the above beein changed based on user so we can get this example staff staff staff date --- your reply staff x Tech date --- your reply staff admin webmaster date --- your reply user client client date --- your reply on that way it can be more personal and it is posisble for the client to see who exactly provided a reply at current moment it always shows staff (no mather who reply ) so it would be nice if that could be changed to something personal Thank you Greets From PowerChaos 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
