Manually change language via code

Hello,

When I create custom pages, I would manually set in some page a fixed language. Therefore when a user visit that page, it's manually set to XX language. I can't use query string, no redirect. I need to make this change directly in PHP. Of course when the user changes page, the language should keep the same of the fixed page.
