File and folder permissions

We've had to rebuild our server after plesk crashed it and we've restored our backup so WHMCS is back, but we need to check the file permissions as some admin files are not writable.

 

I have searched for a list of folders/files and their required permissions but can't find anything.

 

Can anyone help please?
