Gateway Log " Not Supported "

Customer signed up and paid via Paypal but Payment Status appears as "Incomplete" and Status as Pending.

 

When I go to Billing > Gateway Log appears:

 

"transaction_subject => MyCompany.COM - Invoice n" and result "Not Supported".

 

And obviously the account is not created.

 

What should I do?
