Invoice numbering format not changing

I'm trying to change my numbering format for the second time. During testing I used {YEAR}-H{NUMBER}, and now I would like to use just {NUMBER} as I will add a prefix in my PDF templates.

 

However when I change it in both Custom invoice numbering and Sequential paid invoice numbering settings in the EU VAT addon, it still generates invoice with {YEAR}-H{NUMBER}. However when I mark the invoice as paid, it does use the new format.

 

I've searched the database, but in the general configuration table and the addonmodules table the format is changed as it should.

 

Is there any other place where I should change something to have the system use the new format?

I suddenly remembered I created a custom hook to get the custom invoice numbering format working as was suggested in http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?26604-Custom-Invoice-Number-Format

 

Changing the file to match my new format did the trick.
