Installation Issue

Hello i have a little probleme with my fresh install of WHMS.

 

At the end of installation, i have this message ->

Server Specs:

 

OS: Windows 2008 R2 (entreprise edition)

Mysql: 5.6 (strict mode disabled) 16+ caracters strong passworded

Php: 5.4

 

What's wrong? All solutions on this forum doesn't work

looks like a bad install, I'd delete all file and database and reload again.
