Tonya Posted October 1, 2014 Share Posted October 1, 2014 At the moment we have an issue with Payza (the payments are not pushed through correctly to billing). While we are working on solution together with WHMCS support we have disabled this payment method. However, this is only the case with the new orders. Existing customers are still able to pay with Payza. And here is the problem: If we fully disable Payza, then all the old payments will be shown as if they were paid through a different engine, i.e. Paypal. Did anybody else experience such a bug?
