Another WHMCS PayPal subscription not working.

Hey guys, usually I'm pretty good with searching the net for fixes but after a couple of days testing I have gotten nowhere.

 

I have to point out my licence is through Namecheap not directly through WHMCS but its the same install process. I'm running 5.3.10 without addons and I did upgrade from the previous version as the subscription was not working.

 

I have checked the documentation, following the 3 steps.

1.The invoice's Due Date must be in the future

2.The invoice must contain at least 1 recurring product (ie. domains, billable items or addons on their own won't create subscriptions)

3.The 'Force One Time Payments' option is UNticked on the payment gateway configuration page.

 

My Google is a sea of red (visited links).

Other than re-install which is what I have already done, is there anything else I should be doing?

 

I'm now at the point where I'm giving people credit because I don't want them to be paying individual invoices.

Hey I tried to post in here a few weeks ago without an answer. So I'm going to give it one last try before I jump ship.

 

Please see my recurring information below. I believe I have set it all up correctly and my host is not blocking anything but I just cant get PayPal subscriptions working. Can anyone see what I'm doing wrong?
