Deleting a server - moving to new server - changing plans

I'm trying to delete one of our old servers and it shows 1% on the server but no one is on there. So therefore it won't let me delete it. How do I get rid of it? Can I delete through the database and be ok?

2nd question, we have another server that we got rid of and we want to do a bulk move of everyone to the new one. Any easy way to do this?

Ok 3rd question - we have changed all of our hosting plans, any way to bulk move everyone to the new ones? We already have about 25% moved to the new ones but geeze it's taking forever so hoping for a quick solution to these moves.

Thanks!

I know this is an old thread, but did you ever find the answer? The old server we moved from shows "0%" and yet when I try to delete I get an error: "You cannot delete a server while hosting accounts are still assigned to it."

I'm going through old/cancelled/former accounts now, thinking maybe that's what's stopping the deletion.

Yep, that was it: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=4909&highlight=delete+server
