Looking for guides to create build whmcs template

hi,

 

we have using whmcs in our company for your client interaction. Currently we have updated our company website. so now likely to build new template for whmcs as like our company website.

 

By browing throught the below link got a free template for whmcs http://www.freewhmcstemplates.com/. Here i have downlaoded the myhost theme and start customizing it with using the below guide link

i have uploaded the files whmcs of my development server and just running it show init files is missing.

 

My whmcs folder tree structure is

 

 

Whmcs

index.php

 

template(folder)

mine(custom template name)

And to view the following theme privete view with the following url

devserve.com/whmcs/index.php?systpl=mine

 

but it throws error init.php file is missing. And latter came to know file file are missing for development process. how do i get those files for custome template development.
