Send Email after adding Order

I wanna set whmcs to send an email to client when he added new order in whmcs

 

means when it appears as an order in Orders section.

 

and send mail one for pending and another for accepted status

 

I used cron jobs , but they are sensitive to time. not to event for adding order

 

and so tested email marker but didn't do what I wanted

 

please help
