aspidagrant
We had created custom fields for the checkout process. They were generic questions, such as "How did you hear about us"? I went through and deleted them, however they are still showing up during the checkout process. I have cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers and computers. Any ideas?
aspidagrant
I cleared the templates_c folder as well. Only file I did not delete from there was the index.php file that was in there. Can't figure it out!

WHMCS Ryan
I am also not seeing those questions through the checkout process. I got all the way to step 5 and I did not see the custom fields at all. Looks like some sort of cache issue. --Thanks
aspidagrant
Here is what I see during step 3 of the checkout process: http://postimg.org/image/w2bcf2zg1/ I also edited some of the other wording during checkout and I am not seeing the changes. I have cleared all browser cache and even used my phone and another computer and still see the information. Can't figure it out.

mbit
In that case - delete them from the database itself, but i can't see how something not in database and/or cache can be displayed to users Check all of your product settings again na clear your cache again
aspidagrant
@mbit - thanks for the info. I went in and manually deleted it from the database and it worked.

mbit
Hello mbit I am having the same problem. Can you tell me how to delete it in the database? Thank you very much! Simply use phpmyadmin to access your whmcs database and delete any custom field you want. They're located in a table called tblcustomfields.
