krt463
This would be the next logical step. However when you accept the order, you want to make sure there aren't any manual tasks you have to perform for provisioning. In some cases, if your product module is not set for the product they ordered, you may have more work to do on the backend. If the product they ordered is assigned to a module, it should proceed automatically. There is a lot more information about the basics here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Main_Page
WHMCS Ryan
Hello. This is my first day working on WHMCS and im working for HostIntro(hostintro.com). One customer has a pending order. It says, "Payment Status: Complete." This mean he has payed in full and I can accept the order, correct? You can also look under the Gateway Log to confirm payment was indeed made. You can find the Gateway Log under the Billing tab. I would also suggest using the link provided in the previous reply to familiarize yourself with WHMCS. It is a great resource to utilize whenever you have a question. --Thanks
