peterz
Today I had a client update his credit card. Attempting to process resulted in a declined by bank result from gateway. Spoke directly with bank (Bank of America) who reports that they require full 4 digit year and we presented only 2 digit. Web forms appear to only accept 2 digit year. I don't know if this will become the norm for BOA or other banks but if so, is it possible to re-configure the gateway module to use both 2 and 4 digit years. Currently using Authorize.net CIM. Thank you.
WHMCS Ryan
There is currently no option to use a 4 digit credit card expiration year date instead of a 2 digit date. If you would like, using the link in my signature, you can put in a feature request to have this option added. You may want to search first to see if it has already been requested and up vote it, otherwise feel free to add the request. --Thanks Edited August 8, 2014 by WHMCS John Clarified this relates to the year value specifically
