Custom Fields In Support Tickets

Is it correct you can only have a custom field on a department?

 

I mainly require a field to enter the amount of time spent per reply for billing purposes.

 

I don't want to bill for the individual tickets. I want to just record the time for each one and pull off a report at the end of the month and raise one invoice for x minutes x rate

so I'd imagine it can but if not, it might with a little tweaking.

 

Your best bet is to install it under the 7 day free trial and/or contact their sales department.
