I mainly require a field to enter the amount of time spent per reply for billing purposes. I don't want to bill for the individual tickets. On their website they state time spent on installing one of your products. What is more, our module enables to create invoices automatically and manually on demand. so I'd imagine it can but if not, it might with a little tweaking.
