reoccurring payment problem

Hello,

Few issues.

First is I have my clients paying via paypal which is find however when it comes time for the reaccuring payment paypal never deducts anything from their account. How can I fix this?

 

Also I would like to add CC processing that why the "Capture" button will work within the invoices. Where does everyone recommend?

 

Any and all assistance will greatly be appreciated.

For the PayPal payments, payments can only be automated if a subscription has been set. If your client does not setup a subscription payments would always be manual every month (the client has to login to the invoice and pay).

 

If you would like to force subscriptions you can do so by logging into your admin area and navigating to: Setup -> Payments -> Payment Gateways -> *Find PayPal* -> Tick 'Force Subscriptions'.

 

For credit card payments, which country are you based in? If Stripe.com is available in your country then check them out.
