totallytech
Hey Guys, I've picked up a new order tonight, which is the first on my new install. the domain name connected to reseller club and purchased fine, however when I checked the services it said the order was pending and the logs showed: Module Create Failed - Service ID: 99 - Error: CURL Error: 6 - Couldn't resolve host '' So I checked the services again and noticed the server was set as none rather than my defined server... I changed it to the server, clicked on create and it created in plesk fine... What have I missed as when I check products etc I cannot see a drop down to select the server I wish to create the account on.. Any ideas?
mlew2
[h=3]Server Command Error - Curl Error - Couldn't resolve host (6)[/h] This error message indicates that you don't have a server selected for the account to be setup on. Check you have a default server set in Setup > Servers and that a server is selected on the account that you are trying to setup. Go into your admin panel setup>products/services>servers and make sure it is setup properly in there so whmcs can access your server

totallytech
Hi, Sorry I took my time to reply, it sure did work! I had deleted a couple of servers and it looks like the one remaining one wasnt marked as a default, clicked that and seems happy again
