Worldpay Integration

Mark Donne

Question

Hi,

We are currently evaluating WHM for our billing system (to integrate with Helm 4 when the module is ready!) and have hit a snag,

We use Worldpay (Select Junior) to process out credit card payments, so we selected Worldpay Invoices as this seemed to be the correct one of the three listed and put it into test mode. When we put through a transaction it all looks ok and Worldpay informs us that the test was successful, but the invoice is not marked as paid in our system. The Gateway transaction log shows the following as "Unsuccessful".

I have removed a few key bits of information to protect the innocent!!

testMode => 100

authCost => 120.0

currency => GBP

address => (removed for security)

countryString => United Kingdom

installation => XXXXX (removed for security)

fax =>

countryMatch => B

transId => XXXXXXXXX (removed for security)

AVS => 0000

amountString => £120.00

postcode => (removed for security)

msgType => authResult

name => Mr Smith

tel =>

transStatus => Y

desc => (removed for security) - Invoice # 1

cardType => Visa

lang => en

transTime => 1190735350393

authAmountString => £120.00

authAmount => 120.0

ipAddress => (removed for security)

cost => 120.0

instId => XXXXXX (removed for security)

compName => (removed for security)

amount => 120.0

country => GB

rawAuthMessage => cardbe.msg.testSuccess

email => (removed for security)

authCurrency => GBP

rawAuthCode => A

cartId => 1

authMode => A

This to me looks to be ok, what am I missing? Is it becuase we are running it in Test Mode?

Thanks

Mark Donne

Mark, please open a ticket and I'll take a look for you. Having looked at the code, it looks like the worldpay callback file relies on register long arrays being enabled and I'm suspecting that's the issue - easy enough to change if it is.
