Neil Hennigan Posted September 24, 2007 Share Posted September 24, 2007 There is an Email template option under "Support Messages" called "Support Ticket Opened by Admin" which you can customize to show the message or not, and/or enable to send or not. How it's configured.. or whether or not it is.. is up to you. We have no use for it and therefore don't, but I assume that it works just fine.
