Is There A Way To Keep An Eye On Someone?

Hello there, I am wondering if there is possibly an automated way to keep an eye on someone. Had an influx of new registrations and would like to make sure no trouble is caused by them.

 

Is it also possible to auto monitor logins to cpanel to make sure people are signing in? I say this because I offer limited free space and have a policy of they must be signing in twice a month(small price to pay for ssd) because if they are not going to use it then I'll offer to others who would.

 

Any advise would be welcome as I'm new to whmcs but learn quickly.
