Javascript function issue

Hi,

I'm trying to create some click functions on Javascript and jQuery, the problem I got it happen when the function runs because for some reason is running twice, so I tried to make just an alert and it happend again, Why could this happening?

 

My scripts are on orderforms>ajaxcart template.

 

This is my code script:
