Help! License is erased after update

Hello,

 

We have two WHMCS projects: one on development machine and one on production.

We use git VCS and make modifications by moving files (excluding configuration.php) from dev to production.

 

After that operation we have license error on production!

 

What to do to make our update process automatic?
