Cancelling accounts

Hi guys

 

I've had a look through the instruction manual on this.

 

When customer requests cancellation, what's the best way to "process" this. I can't see a button, and am unsure as to how to do it so they definiely aren't rebilled.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

WHMCS handles them manually if you have automatic cancellations set in Automation Settings. It will terminate the next time the cron runs if the user has chosen Immediate or on the next due date of the account if they have chosen at the end of the current billing period. Alternatively, to process it manually, just terminate the account and then delete the cancellation request using the red X button next to it.
