Redirect New Registrations

Hello I want to redirect the users who register on my website for affiliate signup so once they register theirself they automatically redirect to the affiliate page i.e.

http://mywebsite.com/billing/affiliates.php

 

If users signup using this URL: they will redirect to the affiliate page

http://mywebsite.com/billing/register.php?aff=1'>http://mywebsite.com/billing/register.php?aff=1

 

An if users signup on my website using this url only they will redirect to the default page

http://mywebsite.com/billing/register.php

 

Please help me.
