Unclear on pending order that already seems processed

Hi,

 

Being new to whmcs and coming from another package to manage my hosting, I'm a bit confused on what happened today.

 

There's a .com domain running at Enom. The connection between my whmcs site and Enom works fine.

 

The customer pays a bill for renewal, which at Enom is set to auto-renew:off. It seems to have worked, Enom shows a next years date of 15-5-2015.

However, in my whmcs admin I see a Pending Order. When I click on it I see this particular order that even shows 'paid/completed'. When I check the dates they are set to:

exp. 14-5-2015

next due: 14-5-2015

 

So to me everything looks perfect. Then why in the name is there a pending order?? Isn't the whole idea that there should be no need for intervention by the admin unless something is wrong? What am I missing?

All orders will show up in that list regardless of payment status, even products that have automatic setup.

 

So it sounds like it's working normally.
