Can't update server settings

I have WHMCS set up in a shared server that was recently migrated. I have been trying to update the server details to match the new ip's etc. Whmcs says The changes you made to the server have been saved successfully. but when you go back the old ip address and server name are there.

 

Is there a way to manually update the database? Was going to add a "second server" but I cant access the current customer accounts on the server.

Hi jwschultz62,

 

If you navigate to ~yourwhmcsdomain. com/admin/systemlicense.php (or) From Admin Navigate to Help --> License Information ... What does it specify there? I am not 100% sure, but you may need to reissue your license if your IP or server details have changed.

License is good. The migration took place a little bit ago, the license had to be reissued so I could access the system.

 

Seems any change that I try to make to the server details just doesn't save. like the DB is locked or something. Thats why I was looking forthe table that would have the server info to see if I could manually update the ip address etc.
