WebFoundry Posted March 24, 2014 Share Posted March 24, 2014 Hi All, I'm new to WHMCS (bought my lifetime licence last week) and everything has been set up. It's a great product to work with! One thing I can't get solved though : I was looking trough the different kinds of Order Form Templates. Now (whatever form I choose) ... it stays stuck at the slider (even when another kind of form is selected. I tried emptying the templates_c directory, empty template cache via controlepanel, ... but nothing seems to solve the problem. It keeps showing the slider. Is this a bug ??? Is there a workaround ??? Am I doing something wrong ??? - - - Updated - - - Oh my ... after posting this issue I found the sollution : The product-group itself can also have a specific Order Form Template !!! Anyhow ...
