xtendaco
Hio all new here, I am having an issue that popped up out of the blue after the installation of the last update version 5.3.5 I did not notice, the issue until yesterday but none of my support departments are working my control panel Cpanel uses the X3 theme i have done everything the docs say yo set up both mail forwarders and even cron jobs but nothing works and i have tried several permatations. pipe.php was updated so i changed the permissions to 775 on that, the admin guys also did it on their end, What happens 1 The email addresses are all working i can send mails and read the mails arriving 2 the mail forwarders are set to the pipe.php (i have tried all of the following) /home/xtendali/public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php home/xtendali/public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php /public_html/clients/pipe/pipe.php /clients/pipe/pipe.php none of them work yet the 3rd option there used to work well I have tried the Cron Job method in that one WHMCS collects and deletes the mail but does not add it to support tickets This may give a clue The system works IF a client who is logged in opens a ticket in a test i chatted between myself this proves that the system is working but in the support area setup for that mail Clients Only Only allow registered clients to open tickets in this department (unchecked) in the general setup Show Client Only Departments Tick to show client only departments to guests (not logged in visitors) Client Tickets Require Login Require login by the owning client for viewing tickets assigned to a client both unchecked Please could someone help maybe im overlooking something Regards - - - Updated - - - after a day of battling i ticked saved and unticked and boom it all works lesson learned sorry to waste your time reading this
