cadams
For some reason our template emails are randomly adding in equals (=) signs into our emails. I assume it has something to do with the line lengths but I'm not sure. Does anyone know how to fix this?

What do you have in your WHMCS Admin panel under the following? Setup > General Settings > Localisation > System Charset Also check that there are no erroneous characters (such as the = symbol) in your templates: Setup > Email Templates
cadams
Thanks for the reply, Alistair. sorry for my delay. I have 'utf-8' in the Charset within my installation. I've read in other places that using utf8_general_ci might fix the problem, but I'm unsure if that would be in the charset in WHMCS or if I'd need to convert MySQL to that format.
