ffeingol
Hello everyone, OK, on the bottom of a clients invoice (in the client area / invoices) there is a link to download the invoice. It works fine in FF/IE6, but when we try it in IE7 you get an error dialog from the browser. Any ideas or can anyone else confirm the issue? Thanks, Frank

ffeingol
IE cannot download dl.php for secure.doreo.com IE was not able to open this internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later. Frank
PPH
I just had ours checked with IE7 without a problem. Unfortunately it did throw an error for an insecure item and upon saying "no" the image for the logo was not displayed.
ffeingol
Not sure it it's version specific but we are running the latest WHMCS. We don't get any opportunity to do anything other than clicking "OK" and then you are back into WHMCS. I can provide a screen shot if that helps. WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 17, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 17, 2007 It sounds like you are trying to download it in https. If you were using the WHMCS SSL switcher it would be downloading it via non-ssl as IE has a bug with file downloads from a PHP script in SSL mode. ffeingol
OK. We force everything to SSL so we'll have to write an exception in our rewrites for that one page. Frank
