Affiliate Activation redirects to Client Area

Hello,

I have just upgraded to 5.3.5 and got this strange error:

The affiliate system was OK before, but now everytime a new client clicked on the Activate Affiliate button, they would be redirected to the main Client Area.

 

Does anyone know the issue here?
