wiwebhost
Hi again... upgraded to v3.3.0 from 3.1.2 I'm not seeing a captcha image on submitticket.php.... and no place to enter the captcha info either. I've re-uploaded the submitticket.php file.. but to no avail. I'm not logged in as a client, but trying to submit a ticket as a guest. The general configuration > Other > Tick this box to disable the capatcha images on forms in the client area box is unchecked... What am I missing? Thanks again! wiwebhost
and I should add... a ticket cannot be opened because of it. We get an error: The following errors occured: * Please enter the security code shown in the image - this is required to prevent automated submissions
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted September 16, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted September 16, 2007 This would be caused by not updating the changed template files in your custom template folder as the readme instructs you to do. It's the last step of the upgrade process instructions and your WHMCS won't function correctly unless you do it. Matt
wiwebhost
Sincerest apologies for not fully and completely RTFM and completing the steps..... Usually I'm thorough... I just got excited getting helm to work automatically and didn't finish up. Thanks Matt... Dusty
