xperience Posted September 16, 2007 Share Posted September 16, 2007 Hi, I've installed the program, configured the protx app but whenever someone tries to order they just get: The credit card details you entered were declined. Please try a different card or contact support. I've logged into Protx admin and nothing is there so I'm guessing nothing is being passed to them. What might I be doing wrong!? xperience Posted September 16, 2007 Author Share Posted September 16, 2007 Hi Matt, It looks like that when you choose "test mode" in configuration - payment gateways for the protx module, it actually use the VSP simulator rather than the protx text server.
