bhorton Posted February 26, 2014 Share Posted February 26, 2014 Hello, We have been allowing clients to submit tickets via email for a long time and want to switch to requiring login through whmcs before a ticket can be created. We still want them to be able to reply so the Pipe Replies Only option seems to be the way to go. The problem is that if someone sends an email to our support address it fails with "Only Replies Allowed by Email" showing in the status but the user is not made aware a ticket is not created. Is there a way to send an email response in this case with instructions on how to submit a ticket?
