itsolduk Posted February 19, 2014 Share Posted February 19, 2014 Guys My site is STILL down after the upgrade to 5.3.4 Ticket raised at 18:11 yesterday And apart from the stock reply at 01.00 in the morning I have heard NOTHING??? bloatedstoat Posted February 20, 2014 Share Posted February 20, 2014 Yep, just had the same thing happen. Upgraded full upgrade from 5.2.x to 5.3.3 yesterday; the upgrade went smoothly. I then applied the incremental 5.3.3 to 5.3.4 patch today and experienced a white out across the entire site. I have now rolled back to 5.3.3 to get the site back up again. There is no glaringly obvious mention of any database changes/updates that need to be made to address this in the change log or release notes for this patch. Could someone [from WHMCS] please advise the steps that need to be taken in order to successfully apply the patch and perhaps include some minor documentation in the 'whmcs_v533_incremental_to_v534_patch.zip' file to address this for others who may follow the same upgrade path?
