New installation.. after adding product cannot get to other tabs

I have been installing WHMCS tonight. So far the biggest issue is I cannot complete adding products. I can create a product, but none of the other tabs (pricing, module settings, custom fields, options, upgrades, free domain, other and links) are not accessible. Nothing happens when I click on these tabs.

 

I am new to this package, following the instructions as best I can. Nothing in troubleshooting seems to address this.
