user/pass intergration for V3.3 and Cerberus Support center?

Has anyone been able to make the user/pass of V3.3 work with Cerberus Support Center for ticket submission.

 

We had a few clients lost since the two applications were not using the same user/pass as they sign up with and would like to make it work asap so we don't loose any other client.
